This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.170 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have demanded extortion money from the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2023.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months of judicial custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.170 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her presence in Kasim Bazar Police Station, District- Munger on first Sunday of every month.
