JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that in the year 2003, the petitioner got himself employed as Siksha Mitra claiming himself to be Rankesh Kumar and subsequently in the year 2006, he got himself appointed as a teacher claiming to be Rajesh Kumar. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery of the honorarium has been ordered, hence the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1712 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six week in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 322 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Khagaria.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
