The petitioners being cousin and brother-in-law of the husband of the victim apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after seven years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. On accusation, the final form was submitted by the police, which was accepted. Subsequently, on protest -cumcomplaint petition cognizance has been taken.
