2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024 dated 12.05.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 504 of the IPC.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order keeping in view the order passed by the Apex Court in the case of Satendra Kumar Antil v/s. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. as reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.
