Petitioner seeks bail in Chautarwa P.S. Case No.96 of 1995 instituted under Section(s) 364-A Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha. Considering the nature of allegation that has transpired against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court will send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is
