2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 07.05.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 585 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2413 of 2023 and Trial No. 472 of 2023, Case No. 11 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 323, 384, 498(A) of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act, by the learned Sessions Judge, Saran.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
