Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge V, Munger in Sessions trial no. 81/2014 arising out of Munger Mufasil P.S. Case no. 197/2013.
