Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that on the tip off, the informant along with police personnel reached at the place of occurrence and found three persons quarreling among themselves for a motorcycle without any registration number. After seeing police party, two persons fled away whereas one person namely Md. Sikandar was arrested.

It has been submitted that there is no allegation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50734 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/2 tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10-06-2022. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no recovery of any stolen property from possession of the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Diwakar Kumar, Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S.
