ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 25.08.2010 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track II, Saharsa in Cr. Rev. No. 192 of 2008 has refused to interfere with the order dated 31 .05.2008 passed by the S.D.O in Saharsa Misc. Case No. 253 of 2008 by which he had converted the proceeding of Section 144 into Section 145 Cr. P.C.

Considering that the petitioner has scope to raise the points before the authority concerned, I see no merit in the application. The same is rejected.
