Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he attempted to ravish the informant. There is case and counter case. The parties have entered into compromise. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32244 of 2018 (4) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Raxaul Police Station Case No.25 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
