JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on the order of petitioner no.1, petitioner no.2 fired but it did not cause any injury, subsequently, the accused persons assaulted the informant and took away Rs. 25000/- from his pocket.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that one lacerated injury has been found on the parietal region of the informant. It is further submitted that for the occurrence of 03.08.2013, the FIR was lodged on 14.08.2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no
