2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 304(b), 498(a) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75005 of 2024.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed his wife by tying her with electric wire.
5. The petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2024.
6. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Learned counsel for the informant has not been able to explain as to the absence of the ante mortem injury and the delay in the trial.
8. In the trial, out of five, three witnesses have been examined.
9. There is no ante mortem injury found on the dead body of the deceased and the doctor has opined that the death has been caused by hanging.
10. Considering the aforesaid and the delay in the trial, this application is allowed.
11. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session-XVII Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 74 of2024.
12. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after

No.52645 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 3/3 being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
