ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-05-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 29.07.2011 passed in Sessions Trial No. 362 of 2009 arising out of Kangali P.S. Case No. 15 of 2002 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court II, West Champaran, Bettiah has refused to discharge the petitioner.

On going through the case diary which has been produced by the counsel for the petitioner, I see no merit in the application. The same is dismissed.
