JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,337,307,353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the Circle Officer and the police officer on the direction of the District Magistrate proceeded to pacify the dispute between the petitioners and their opponent when accused pelted bricks and caused injury to the informant who is a police officer.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation of pelting stone is omnibus and general when the injury report of the informant suggests one abrasion and other

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
