Learned counsel for the Informant is also present. The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2018 in connection with Reh P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 354(D), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and that he shall abide all the terms and conditions as imposed by this Court. Learned counsel for the Informant opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is serious apprehension that petitioner may commit further offence as he has an ill eye on her family.

No.32637 of 2018 (4) dt.19-07-2018 Learned counsel for the State, after perusal of the case diary, submits that the petitioner had entered the Flour Mill and had indulged in unseemly behaviour and when the aunt and mother of the victim girl came to her rescue, they were also attacked by the petitioner and, therefore, he is not entitled to privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
