1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.12.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No.23380 of 2018, the District Magistrate, Banka, has already passed a reasoned order dated 15.12.2020, rejecting the case of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 15.12.2020. Liberty so sought is
