It appears that vide order dated 24.09.2013, the petitioner was granted provisional bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter should be expedited.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 24.09.2013 is hereby confirmed. The petitioner will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each within four weeks to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur/court concerned in complaint case no.1221/2008 with the following conditions:-

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.

Let the trial be expedited.
