2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offense under Sections 363A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, a three years old boy was kidnapped. The F.I.R. was registered against unknown persons. Subsequently, the child has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner had got the child kidnapped and bought it from co-accused namely Puja Devi for Rs. 50,000/-

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any crime. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53573 of 2024(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is accordingly rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
