The petitioners are in custody since 13.03.2018 in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged seizure of Ganja is less than commercial quantity from each of the petitioners who are also not having any criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioners are willing to abide by the terms and conditions of this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
