JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Mali P.S. Case No. 11 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Rules 4, 21, 40, 26(A) of the Bihar Minor Mineral Concessions Rules, 1972. Basically, the allegation is that the petitioner was found running a brick kiln without permission of the Pollution Control Board or any license. He was also not given permission from the Mining Department.
In the facts and circumstances noted above, I am not inclined to entertain this application.
It is accordingly, dismissed.
However, above named petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks and seek
