2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"I. for issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the appropriate authority to provide compensation with enhanced rate to the petitioners as per provision contained under Right To Transparency Fair Compensation And Acquisition, Land In Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act 2013 as has been provided to other similarly situated farmers whose land have been acquired in the same year i.e. 2009 under the same project for expansion/widening of national high way no.77 by national high way authority under national high way act 1956."

3. A counter-affidavit of the respondent nos. 6 and 7, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and the District Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarpur respectively is/are present after service of notice on the learned counsel for the petitioner on 10.05.2018. As per it, the acquisition took place in the year 2009, all the provisions for determination of compensation amount as well as payment was completed under the provision of N.H. Act 1956. Admittedly, they have received the amount.

4. As recorded above, the counter-affidavit was served upon the petitioner in the year 2018, seven years later, there is no reply to it.

5. However, since there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
