This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Islampur P.S.Case No.120/16 for the offences under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be husband of the daughter of the informant. Case is of dowry death. It further appears that the petitioner was also named in the FIR. Case is of the year, 2016 but he has not appeared in the year, 2018. As per submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial of other accused persons is going on in which the informant has not supported the prosecution case. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not appeared and the charge has been framed, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the

No.49731 of 2019(5) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 informant and his family members are examined, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court, who will consider the materials available on the record against him and will pass appropriate order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
