JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in view of the objection raised by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.4, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file an appropriate petition before the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust in terms of Section 28(2)(u) of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act, 1950 for redressal of her valid grievances. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

The parties shall be at liberty to raise all the issues of facts and law, which are available to them.
