Although the petitioner prays for inclusion of her name in the voter list of Jalalpur Gram Panchayat, Block-Mokama in the district of Patna but it is an admitted position that neither the name of the petitioner appears in the assembly voter list of the territorial constituency concerned nor there is any evidence that she filed an application in Form- ( as prescribed by the State Election Commission for inclusion of the name of such person who has stayed in the Gram Panchayat concerned for more than 180 days. In such undisputed circumstances, no direction can be issued.

The writ petition is disposed of.
