The petitioner has moved before this Court against the general notice dated 10.07.2019 issued by the respondents in the district of Samastipur by which the locals were informed/requested to ensure their presence in an 'Aam Sabha' to be held on 16.07.2019.

Learned Counsel for the State as also the Board are present and have jointly submitted that a general notice has been challenged in the writ petition.

The petitioner has chosen not to appear before this Court otherwise, a cost would have been imposed for filing such
