Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Madhoura PS case no. 57 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to surrender before the learned court of C.J.M. Saran at Chapra, within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51031 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned trial court to consider and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, on the very same day. It is directed accordingly.
