1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned A.P.P., at the outset, submits that the offences for which instant FIR has been instituted carries punishment of less than seven years and petitioner has been given the benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C., as such, petitioner, for the present, does not have any apprehension of his arrest.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also fairly submits that the benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. has been given to the petitioner, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application with liberty to move again in the event, if the need arises.

4. Permission is accorded.
