JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, realizing the impediment in the present petition, seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the competent court against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 11.04.2017 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur in G.R. case no. 2558 of 2010 (Trial no. 740 of 2017).
