In the present case, learned counsel for the petitioner has raised a complain that the order of this Court dated 10.4.2009 in CWJC No. 1755 of 2007 has not been complied with but, a showcause has been filed which indicates that, on the basis of the order passed by this Court, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali has considered the representation of the petitioner and disposed of the same.
If the petitioner is not satisfied with the order of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali, if so advised,
