JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 119 of 2012, arising out of Laukahi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2011.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner along with others took the victim on the vehicle which was seen by the brother of the victim. Subsequently the dead body of the victim was recovered cut in many pieces.

Keeping in view of the report of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani, dated 14.12.2013 wherein it is stipulated that it will take six months to conclude the trial and since counsel for the petitioner has no recent instruction, the application is disposed of with liberty to the learned Court below to conclude the trial expeditiously, if the same has not been concluded.

Accordingly the application is disposed of in connection with Sessions Trial No. 119 of 2012, arising out of
