ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the there is admitted history of land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case.
Considering the nature of allegation and also that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49989 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
