This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.08.2014 passed in Divorce Case No. 230 of 2013 by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra allowing the application of Opposite Party No.2 Kanti Singh filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act directing the applicantpetitioner to pay sum of Rs. 15,000- per month to Opposite Party No. 2, Kanti Devi as ad-interim maintenance and also Rs. 15,000/- lump-sum as expenses of the proceeding.

In view of Section 19 of Family Court Act, 1984, the impugned order is not aminable in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr. P. C. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
