The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 under section 498A , 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is the wife of Narayan Sah. The petitioners are nephew of Narayan Sah. The informant made allegation that Narayan Sah is bent upon to remarry with another person. The informant got only daughters, and that is why her husband and his family members subjected her to all sorts of physical and mental
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50170 of 2014 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2 / 2 torture. It is submitted that the informant died on 12-6-2014 at the age of 62 years.
Considering the facts and circumstances, and the fact that the petitioners are nephew of the husband of the informant, it is directed that in the event of arrest/surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champran, in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014, G.R. Case No. 69 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
