The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section.366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr. P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded as 12 years when the court assessed her age as 16 years though, in the medical report her age was found to be 16-17 years.

Since the victim has supported the accusation against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Hence, the application is dismissed. BKS/- (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) U T
