The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 411, 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner was arrested with stolen motorcycle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25-05-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. The petitioner had no knowledge that the motorcycle in question is a stolen property.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018.
