Since the petitioners are out from service since 1995, I find no need to issue direction for regularization. An order of regularization can only be issued in respect of a daily wager who is in service for any order of such nature in respect of a daily wager whose services has been dispensed with, would amount to grant of appointment, which prayer cannot be allowed after more than two decades.

The writ petition is disposed of.
