After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present application for cancellation of bail in order to seek his remedy before the learned Court concerned which has granted the privilege of bail, in case there is any supervening circumstance of threatening of witnesses by the opposite party no.2. It is however, made clear that as of now the petition filed for cancellation does not bear any ground with regard to threatening of witnesses and such submission has been made orally by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
