The petitioner no. 1 being the mother of the husband of the victim and petitioner no. 2 being the daughter-in-law of the petitioner no. 1 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the torture was inflicted by the in-laws family and the daughter of the informant committed suicide by jumping in front of running train. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegation is based on suspicion. There is no specific accusation against the petitioners with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13096 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 regard to torture of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
