====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 11-03-2016 Perused the order dated 20.01.2015. It appears that the order which is under challenge i.e. 20.01.2015 passed by 2nd Additional District Judge-cum-Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Supaul in Claim Case No. 25 of 2014 has been passed under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicle Act, directing the petitioner to pay Rs. 50,000/- as interim compensation.

This order is applicable under Motor Vehicle Act. Therefore, if so advised, petitioner may avail right of appeal under Motor Vehicle Act.

This writ application under Article 227 of the constitution is not maintainable. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
