ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2 as well as the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.94 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for O.P. No.2 submits that, in fact, there has been a compromise and both the parties are living together.

Considering the submission made before this Court,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49083 of 2014 (6) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.94 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
