The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of the Excise Act.

From possession of the petitioner, illegal foreign and country made liquor were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that seizure was made on 15.08.2014 but the same was transmitted to the learned Incharge Chief Judicial Magistrate on 19.08.2014.

Considering the nature of recovery, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11803 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2 / 2 connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Saran at Chapra.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
