NATH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the appellant and the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 as well as the respondent No. 5. The Interlocutory Application (I.A. No. 4866 of 2016) has been filed on behalf of the appellant and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 which is a compromise petition with a prayer to dispose of this appeal in terms of the said compromise. Another petition has been filed on 13.7.2016 on behalf of respondent No. 5 stating therein that she has no objection to the compromise in between the appellant and respondent Nos. 2 to 4. It has been further stated in the said petition that respondent No. 5 has no right, title and interest in the suit property. The learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.

5 has supported the averments made in the petition. The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have supported the fact of compromise and have prayed that this appeal may be disposed of in terms of the compromise as contained in the Interlocutory Application (I.A. No. 4866 of 2016).
