2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s) :

"(i) For directing the respondents to take a decision/process the application form of the petitioner filed by the petitioner to upgrade the petitioner from class II contractor to class I contractor for Bihar State Warehousing Corporation.

(ii) For directing the respondents to provisionally allow the petitioner to participate in the tenders floated by the respondents as class I contractor if the application of the petitioner is not processed before issuance of tender for class I contractor by the respondents."

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case having regard to the prayer sought for in the present writ petition, wherein the petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Managing Director, Bihar State Werehousing Corporation to consider the application made by the petitioner to decide his upgradation as a class I contractor and which application is pending since 04.06.2024, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the application made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. The Respondent No. 2 shall endeavor to dispose of the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one week from today.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
