Petitioner seeks bail in Sikarhata P.S. Case No.94 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim lady has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and has performed marriage with him. She is also pregnant. She has stated her age to be 20 years and the Court has also assessed her age as 20 years.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.47364 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Sikarhata P.S.
