The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Goshi P.S. Case No. 193 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. The deceased was married to Darbari Bind about ten years ago. The father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46481 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14945 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Goshi P.S. Case No. 193 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
