The petitioners are plaintiffs in Title Suit No.125 of 2008. The simple prayer of the petitioner is that his two petitions, first, substitution petition under Order 22 Rule 3 and second the petition for interim injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 are

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.434 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 pending since January, 2021. The prayer has been made for a direction for speedy disposal of these two petitions but no ordersheet of the case has been filed to show the reasons as to why these petitions have not been disposed of up-till-now. Be that as it may, the learned Court below is directed to dispose of these two petitions expeditiously, if there is no legal or procedural impediment in disposing thereof. With these observations and directions, this Civil Misc. petition is being disposed of.
