JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents and brother and brother's wife of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,341,379,384,307 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant was married with Khurshid Ansari and she gave birth to a female child. Subsequently, the husband of the informant performed second marriage with the consent of the informant then the petitioners started pressurizing the informant to file case against her husband but she refused, then the petitioners took her thumb impression

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7720 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 on a plain paper and snatched sliver jewellery. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 filed Majorganj P.S. Case No. 158 of 2014 against the inlaws of the informant making accusation under sections 404,420,323 and 504/34 IPC and thereafter the present case was registered by the informant at the behest of her inlaws. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
