The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching mobile phone of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
