This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the gravity of the offences, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.
Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14811 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
