JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 The petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15618 of 2018 with a direction to him to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order granting bail to him. However, due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below on time. As such, the present petition has been filed seeking extention of time to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15618 of 2018 is modified to the extent that petitioner is now permitted to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, when he shall be granted bail by the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32395 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 below in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2011 on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
